We have really enjoyed using the hot tub and feel confident that the representative from HotSpring Spas of Atlanta will be there if we encounter any unexpected problems. The personal service with HotSpring Atlanta was second to none - sounds cliche but true. They spent over 30 minutes on the phone before the install helping me with the electrical needs and requirements before delivery AND delivery was AHEAD of schedule! The hot tub is now the highlight of every party at my home as well as the best seat in the house for relaxation. I don't know why I waited so long to finally take the plunge into spa ownership!

The multiple jet pump and filter systems convinced me to purchase a HotSpring Spa over any other brand. The Vanguard spa I purchased in '05 has five pleated filters and the all important monthly filter maintenance takes only thirty minutes. Because of its energy efficiency, I have not noticed any real monthly energy increase with the spa. Also, My sister-in-law has a 20 year old HotSpring spa that is still working fine.

I had a competitor's hot tub for years and just had my HotSprings delivered in August... Man what a difference! I LOVE IT! I thought I was enjoying life in the competitor's spa for the past 13 years, but then got a HotSpring Spa and it just opened up a whole new universe!
